Gameplan Availability Overview

 

Availability shows a team or individual's availability by day, week or month. This gives Project Managers the information needed to make decisions on who is available for a project and to plan for future projects.

 

As tickets get logged, and the staff assigned, the grid will show the overall staff availability. Clicking on the arrows will show the tickets the staff member is assigned to and the percentage of their time on a Gameplan project.
